Peter Fritz is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, spanning property investment, development and international business.

Throughout his career, Peter has been involved in residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development and the structuring of investment opportunities across Austria and international markets.

In addition to his longstanding real estate activities, Peter is active in the Oil & Gas sector as a mandated seller, with direct refinery-level access and a focus on internationally traded petroleum products, including EN590 and Jet A1.

His international business activities have also enabled him to establish a strong network across private business, institutional, royal and government-related circles, particularly across Europe and the Middle East.

As Chief Executive Officer of ARK Capital AG, Peter leads the firm’s activities across Oil & Gas and real estate, combining decades of entrepreneurial experience, international relationships and transaction expertise.
